Enjoyable Jump Water Park has set for itself the goal of creating and sustaining an atmosphere in which its employees will feel a personal commitment to upholding the highest possible moral and ethical work standards while simultaneously meeting the goals of the company. Our most fundamental code of ethics requires that each and every worker abide by the following guidelines: Individual conduct of the staff and employees should be dedicated and loyal to our Business, law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, responsible, reliable, and diligent, cooperative, conduct work and other activities with due regard for the health and safety of others and be able to perform their work in an efficient and acceptable manner. In addition, be respectful of the rights and safety of others in contributing to an environment free from harassment, intimidation, and violence.
Moreover, our company considered the conduct towards the consumers including recognize that our customers are entitled to the highest-quality product at the best possible price, respect the integrity of our customers by never offering or giving anything to a customer or a customer's representative in an effort to influence a contract award or other favorable customer action, deal with customers and suppliers in an atmosphere of openness, and respect the standards of conduct applicable to our customers' and suppliers' personnel.
We will also assure that our business complies with all Business policies, processes, and procedures, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and be alert and sensitive to situations that could result in violations of any laws, regulations, or business policies, processes, or procedures. In addition, both consumers and staff are allowed to smoke only in permitted Business location, protect proprietary information of the Business and its customers and suppliers. In addition, acts for which discipline may be imposed include, but are not limited to, the following, which are not stated in any order of priority: Unauthorized possession or use of property, proprietary information or supplies belonging to the Business, or any customer, vendor, or employee, negligent or willful damage or destruction of Business, customer, vendor, or another employee's property, possession of weapons or explosives on Business property, entering Business remises under the influence of alcoholic beverages or illicit drugs, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illicit drugs on Business property, mischarging or falsification of timecards or mishandling of records, documents or funds, soliciting or encouraging gifts, gratuities, or favors-monetary or otherwise in the Business name, fighting on Business property, sexual, racial, or other harassment, intimidation, or violence towards any employee, and unexcused absence from work for three consecutive workdays without supervisory/management approval or failure to return to work on the first workday following expiration of an excused absence or approved leave of absence. Rules specifying requirements for workers are a basic component of safe manufacturing environments. Not following the rules, will result in termination for unsafe behavior.
